- Found Poem (Any text; highlight pieces with energy, beauty, or that spoke to you; use this list to create an original poem)
- Power of Words: "I didn't say she stole my lunch." (Different emphasis completely changes the meaning)
- Mystery Box (Various objects, such as penny, lollipop, lemon, etc... Pair with different types of speeches/dialogue, such as documentary, electoral, retirement, newscast, eulogy, best man's speech, infomercial, etc); this could be used in conjunction with a novel or short story - main objects, symbols, artifacts, etc)
